Coronavirus Update:

Due to recent government advice, The Society will not be meeting in April and all future meetings are suspended until further notice. 

The planned Spring Plant & Craft Fair at St Martha's is also cancelled.




14 February 2020  Monthly Meeting & Show
7:15pm at the Community Centre

Tim & Philip Elms will be entertaining us with "Stone Me! The life & Times of Tony Hancock".
There will also be a short EGM to ratify our 2019 accounts.

We welcome Sam Day who will tell us about "The Asian Hornet invasion and what you can do".

Clive and Sue Fennell will be talking to us about "The Not so Idle Women of the Canals"



2 May 2020    Spring Plant & Craft Fair
9:30am to 12 noon at St Martha's Church Hall

Free admission with Plants, Cakes, Arts & Crafts, Raffle and refreshments.



15  May 2020    Monthly Meeting & Show 
7:15pm at the Community Centre

Susan Scrivens will be advising to us about  "Herbs for every use"

Paolo Arrigo will be explaining "Preserving Endangered Heritage Vegetable Varieties"

Important Note re Outings:

Each Outing will have an individual application form giving the relevant details of the event. This must be completed and given, or sent, to the Organiser with a cheque made out to the Little Common Horticultural Society. Receipts will be issued at the next meeting, or by post if a stamped addressed envelope is included with the application form and cheque. 

If you are unable to attend the outing please telephone the Organiser to see if there is a waiting list. If there is not, then we must ask you to find another member or friend to take up your booking. Please inform the Organiser of the change of attendee. 

We regret that refunds cannot be given if replacements cannot be found.
